STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Documents
2. Right click a file: Add keyword such as "X"
3. Open the context menu again for the very same file and hover the cursor over
"add keyword"
OBSERVED RESULT
The "X" keyword entry is shown twice. When hitting F5, it's only shown a single
time as expected.
Somehow I could reproduce for all files I've tried in the Document and its
subfolders, but not for files in the Download folder.
