Hi - are you able to reproduce this issue on a current version of Spectacle?
Unfortunately the version provided by openSUSE Leap 15.5 is out of support from
KDE developers.

If this issue is still reproducible in Spectacle 24.08.3 (the latest released
version), feel free to re-open this bug report.
