This should already be fixed with the switch to the JSON API in Plasma 6.2.0.
The new API shouldn't return a "Not available" string as the weather condition,
but a "null" parameter.
Please, reopen if found again after updating to that version.
As a side note, even before that change, there was a filter against the text
"Not Available", but the check was case sensitive.
