But only when the pointer is actually in the corner pixel, right? If you move
it away from the corner pixel, it should be less sticky. Is this what you're
experiencing?
If so, this is intentional, so people can hit screen corners easily. If it
bothers you, you can turn it off by unchecking the "Corner barrier" checkbox in
System Settings > Mouse & Touchpad > Screen Edges.
