SUMMARY
I have a few sticky note widgets on my desktop.
I have lost their contents after changing desktop from displaying files and
folders to desktop only as the widget is apparently reloading itself and being
assigned a new uuid.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a sticky note widget in your desktop and write something on it.
2. Open desktop settings and switch from folder view to desktop only or
viceversa.
OBSERVED RESULT
The sticky note widget will lose all of its content.
EXPECTED RESULT
Sticky notes should retain their content after changing desktop settings.
