Hello.

SUMMARY

After I login into Plasma desktop bluetooth icon in the system tray is gray,
bluetooth is not enabled. After some time the icon turns black and the
bluetooth is enabled. I don't touch bluetooth icon or press any Fn hotkeys, it
appears to turn on by itself.

After I turn it off it stays turned off until the next reboot. I have restore
previous status on login enabled, so it should stay disabled after login.

This is issue is annoying and also drains my laptop battery. I don't know how
to debug this problem, I will provide any additional info if needed.
