SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.8.0
Qt Version: 6.8.1
Kernel Version: 6.12.4-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core Processor
Memory: 31.3 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER/PCIe/SSE2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This does not happen with the built in wallpapers, only when I set a custom
one. This is worse under Wayland than X11, and under wayland the flicker
affects other apps as well. Under X11 only the wallpaper flickers, if I cover
it with apps it stops. If its relevant I have 2 monitors.

This has persisted after a fresh install
