SUMMARY
Seconds are frozen in the popup (on hover). When I change the "Show seconds"
setting from "Only in the tooltip" to "Always" it starts to work fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over the digital clock applet
OBSERVED RESULT
Seconds don't tick
EXPECTED RESULT
Seconds tick

Windows:
macOS:
