SUMMARY
dolphin "Places" panel does not remember width and reopening. Always opens on a
very narrow width.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. bug occurs
2. resize "Places" panel
3. it resets to a narrow width after closing and opening Dolphin

places panel width not saved

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It appears /home/fuh/.local/state/dolphinstaterc becomes corrupted
The correct functioning can be restored by copying a new version of the file
from a newly created profile
