I did `sudo apt --fix-broken install` and then `pkcon update -v` again, and
pkcon seems to be progressing I think. Very cool. I was able to get help at
#kde on Libera chat or IRC.
By the way. I think there was a telegram channel for KDE Neon, where I can chat
and post issues like this one. I can't find it anymore. Has it been shut down?
