Tracks 10 and 11 (2nd and 3rd from the top) have a series of "blank spaces" at the end of the track. This does not cause any problem except the mentioned project length issue. You can easily solve it by adding any clip at the end of these 2 tracks and deleting these clips. I have no idea how this happened, but if you have been working with placeholder clips, and converting from an old project that might be related.
