While using line tool over portrait picture it sudenly cut out a square out of
picture 

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1.use line toool
2. randomly draw some lines, because you don't like how they look on your 4k
screen
3. 

Actual Results:  
line tool worked

Expected Results:  
randomly cut out a square out of picture
