The shift+delete shortcut is assigned to function as an alternate shortcut to
cutting.
Shift+delete is a standard shortcut across many applications for permanently
deleting a file, i.e. bypassing the trash.
In many applications the user receives and error telling her that the shortcut
is ambiguous.

Problem come from 2001 as you can see in
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=347373#c2

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open gwenview
2. Try to permanently delete a file using Shift + Del


Actual Results:  
You receives and error telling her that the shortcut is ambiguous.

Expected Results:  
Permanently delete a file
