And does not allow selecting several archives at once for extracting. Plus the 'Extract Into a Subfolder' option is safest if you don't know the structure of your archives you are about to extract. So I think it should be easily accessible from the service menu. Otherwise the user is left with this limited set of predefined quick actions none of which is really safe for the data in such cases. Whichever action is selected the user may end up having to reject many overwrite alerts, cancel all the extractions, delete the already extracted data and start over manually extracting archives one by one.
