Quick video showing the bug in action
Video description: I click on the Kontact icon, then move the mouse cursor over
Iceweasel (without clicking) icon and then move it over the wallpaper. After a
few seconds, description over Iceweasel disappears, but the icon is still
hovered. Everything on a newly created account, Plasma 5.4.3, Debian testing.
I think it's easier to reproduce this bug when running a heavier application or
when I have many running tasks (many windows opened). But that's probably not a
rule. Sometimes there's no description box, only the [clicked/hovered] icon
stays hovered.
