I can confirm the issue, and this doesn't only affect 1 application, but any Qt
application that defines shortcuts with Alt+something.
Please consider disabling this, at least for non-kde applications.
I just came here because I was having severe problems implementing Qt
shortcuts, and it was caused by this bug.
