kamera provides support for the camera:/ protocol, and releases prior to
15.12.0 did not yet support kf5
Good news is that kamera as part of kde applications 15.12.0 release now does,
so once fedora provides kamera-15.12.0 (or newer), this ought to work.
fyi, I'm one of fedora's packagers, and am working my way through updating
packages to 15.12.0... will hopefully have an update available soon (best
estimate would be ~2 weeks before it hits stable updates)
