The "Cancel"-button on https://bugs.kde.org/createaccount.cgi submits entered
email-address.
Tested in Firefox 42 for Ubuntu:
- open https://bugs.kde.org/createaccount.cgi
- enter valid email-address
- click "Cancel"
Result: form gets submitted and account-creation email is send.
Expected behaviour: clear input-field, use history.back or don't have a cancel
button at all.
