using Surface Pro 3. Used to be able to zoom and pan with two fingure gesture.
Now can only pan. Can still zoom in other programs.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Canvas
2.Try to zoom with gesture
3.Doesn't work
Actual Results:
Still doesn't zoom

Should zoom
