I think the second one is caused by the fact that only 1 process can access the camera. the kioslave in dolphin/konqueror is still open, but the one for okular tries to access the camera, getting blocked. as the kioslave will autoclose the camera after some seconds, you will be getting success if you reload after some seconds -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
