It seems to be happening mainly with psd. There are times where i can't make a
single stroke without getting a dot somewhere throughout making one. IT seemed
to have gone away 2 updates ago but now it's back again.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a psd file
2.select brush and stabilizer
3.draw away and wait for dots
Actual Results:
Dots appear on my strokes
Expected Results:
Just normal strokes without dots or any other glitches.
