Plasma panel seem to launch on 0x0 instead of primary.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have multimonitor
2. Add primary that is not 0x0
3. Reboot
Actual Results:
Launches on 0x0
Expected Results:
Launches on primary monitor.
