If you want to find out what keyboard shortcut Meta+0 does then you have to
first choose appropriate kde component. You have to select and search through a
lot of component to find out the one that could contain the keyboard shortcut
that you are looking for. Keyboard shortcut should be searchable across
components.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. System Settings > Shortcuts > Global Keyboard Shortcut.
2. Select a component and search.
3. Repeat 2 until you figure out the right component.
Actual Results:
A keyboard should is only searchable in its own component.
Expected Results:
Keyboard shortcuts should be searchable across components
