Hello. I'm confirm that this bug still exist.
I'm not able to open Nokia 1020 from Dolphin and never was able.
Kubuntu 15.10, Dolphin 15.08.2, KDE Frameworks 5.15.0
P.S. Looks like there is possible a libmtp or kio-mtp related bug. But you
should consider, that Nautilus does not have this issue. The fact is that
Nautilus works with Windows Phones, Dolphin does not.
