I get icons in file dialog for Kate and if I put the files in my Desktop folder, I can see them on my actual desktop, but not in Dolphin. Tried switching to Details View and still, the icons do not display. I get 'data' for type when I run 'file *.cer' and I get 'PEM certificate' for type when I run 'file *.pem.'
