This has actually been done some time ago, but the change is not in Dolphin 15.08.x yet. Dolphin 15.12.0 should not have this problem when it's released, and it could be that the problem has also been fixed for other applications in the mean time. If you still see the issue in KDE applications after upgrading to 15.12 when it's out, please report this issue to those applications.
