This week I finished and cleaned up the back porting of H2Spatial to the latest
H2 code tree and wrote a couple of quick and dirty patch scripts to make this
easier in the future.
The biggest problem I had was that the farther I dug down into H2 and
H2Spatial, the more work I'm finding waiting for me.
I'm now starting work on a spatial index for H2.
