About plugins... (actually about core functions)
Do you remember about the 'reverse linestring' thingy ? I know that a
*manual* procedure has been proposed.
But! Not wanting to be a nag. :] don't you think this is an handy function
for OJ?!
(I'm actually using 3rd party tools to achieve this for the ongoing routing
implementation on the FMS we provide) == boring!

I've never heard of SAIF or MOEP, but I would agree with Martin that
OpenJump is the main trunk. However if you don't care about
internationalization or some other other things that OJ brings to the table,
SkyJUMP is a valid choice given you agree with its basic mission statement.
