Sry but I followed precisely ur steps i.e.:
I installed a completely new version in D:\Julia\Julia-0.5.0 and added an
environment variable JULIA_PKGDIR within D:\Julia because I didn't like the
default one.
I then initialized by Pkg.init()
I ran Pkg.update() (prob not needed here coz its new)
I ran: Pkg.clone("https://github.com/Nemocas/Nemo.jl";)
I exitted and restarted julia
I ran: Pkg.build("Nemo") and stumbled across:
