That's weird, I'm pretty sure that I've had the same issue when I tried it
just now, but I can't seem to reproduce it. ClobberingReload is still
installed on your system, right? How about this?
Pkg.checkout("ClobberingReload", "master")
If you want to try IJulia, you should Pkg.add("IJulia") before doing this,
because otherwise it'll get uninstalled by the Pkg.checkout, and it's the
package that dragged all of the dependencies you listed above.
