Hi,

the hsqldb tasks & macros where moved into org.apache.wiki.HsqlDbUtils in
2.9.0-incubating-10, to ensure proper hsql shutdown. Also this way the
related unit tests didn't have to rely on having to call the hsql startup
ant task. However, seems I totally forgot about the web tests so didn't add
it to TestContainer then (duh!!)
