Attached website patch removes some dead and/or underused links and otherwise
helps make the site more current. The Apache Incubator site for this project
lists two more mentors than given on the site's People page so I added them in
also. Note I was not able to test the changes locally, so will need to rely on
a committer so doing, as I had various problems
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-5378) getting the Apache CMS build
scripts to run on my machine.
