For the first time I had a form that was ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data"
and I wanted to use <jsp:setProperty name="article" property="*" /> , and they
dont work together in Tomcat, is that the correct behavior?
I dont mind doing it different, I just didnt know if I could or could not do
it this way.
