Yes, most of people ask about this is for Tomcat 3.2, I found many answer to
this question often, in fact, Apache.org has provided this answer as well.
However, what I would like to know is how to integrate Tomcat 4.0 (Catalina
servlet container) with Apache in Win NT 4.0.
Thanks, anyway, for the useful links.

The tomcat mailing list has an archive where you would have found this right
away. This is a VERY frequently asked question about Tomcat.

You can find out about many Jakarta mailing list archives from
http://jakarta.apache.org/site/mail2.html and the SEARCHABLE Tomcat list
archive can be found at http://mikal.org/interests/java/tomcat/index.jsp
