Was that all you got, no other messages which external has the problem?
What does a "svn status" show? Without more context it is not possible
to know what the problem is. Externals are links to other repositories
or paths in the same repository. The plugins tree has many externals
defined (X in status). Any of them could cause the error message.

When I searched on the net, the only solution they gave was to delete the
previously checked out branch and checkout again. Is there a better solution
for the problem?
My last commit was 34184 while the latest revision is 34194.
Kindly advise me on the steps that are required to resolve the issue.
