[jopendocument] Formatting cells - creating styles on the fly

Hi,

I need to create an ODS file from scratch and for certain reasons I
cannot use a template.

I need to apply basic formatting to some of the cells, like bold face
or large font sizes. Is there any way I can do this with
jOpenDocument?

I can also accept partial hacks by modifying the source code, but I'm
unsure where to start.
