[jopendocument] problem no border on new columns : Test Table Example

Hi,

I am studying the Test Table example and want to create the new table
of different rows and columns. The example is creating the table with
multiple rows and columns but it is not giving the border to the new
columns. please suggest how to apply border to these new columns as
well.
