Hi,

Look at http://www.jopendocument.org/start_text_2.html
You will find in the source code archive an example of template that you could study a bit,
and see how fields are defined and how they are filled.

We will try to provide a tutorial and fix the addon soon, but for now, we are preparing the next and last beta of 1.2. Our team is working on (very) big projects and is providing support for commercial users, so the time we can dedicate on "free" support is currently limited.

This year, we plan to add new tutorials, improve documentation and give users a way to see projects "powered by jOpenDocument".

Regards,
Guillaume
Guillaume,

thanks for your response. Sounds promising. I'll feed this back and
let you know what's decided.

any plans to have a guide on how to use your add-on?
ie I want to create document containing about 5 tables, populated from
Java. How exactly would we go about this? a multi-step list would be
great..

incidentally we're using version 3, so that might explain some of the
issues we've been seeing.

many thanks,
Doug
