By "dynamically filled", do you mean to create combos or checkbox,
or to fill the content of the combos and check/uncheck the checkbox?

We are planning to have multiple choice (multiple choices or combo
selection box). One of that option need to get dynamically filled in
the ODT. Is that possible? An example is given below:
