Hey all, I'm vacating my position (Sr. Systems Developer) for another and my current company (in Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area) will need to fill the role. They're going to be looking for someone who can wear multi-hat: ops and dev. It's very much a hybrid.
Skill needs: 1. Senior level CF/Javascript/SQL 2. MS SQL/SSMS/SSRS, T-SQL, Stored procs, views, table schema 3. dev experience with CF7-9 and Railo 4. Subversion 5. Systems Administration & Integration 6. documentation pluses: -Redgate SQL Tools -jQuery -DBA skills -Hardware skills -both windows and linux environment exposure -infrastructure mgmt experience -customer/client interaction -large apps serving thousands a brief about the company: Care Solutions, Inc. The firm caters to state government agencies that operate in the child care and foster care arenas (it's a cool feeling knowing you're contributing). The company also spun off an LMS system into another company that handles trainings and certifications for child care workers. So there are multiple large projects going on simul and never an ounce of boredom. Very much a small office but everyone operates with an "enterprise" mindset and it's a great office atmosphere.You would also be contributing to overall company helpdesk needs. It's minor, and just a part of being in a small office. Office is located near perimeter mall and is right across the street from sandy springs marta. I'm leaving for an infrastructure based opportunity elsewhere and don't have anything negative to say about the company.
