Sumo Consulting is currently looking for an intermediate level ColdFusion and JavaScript Developer who is driven - excited about technology and eager to solve problems. You should pay attention to the details and have a strong work ethic. Be prepared to learn something new every day, and to teach someone something new every day.
Our office is creative. We know how to play. We know how to work. We’re social. We’re looking for someone who knows ColdFusion. We’d like you to be up to date with CF9, but you might be able to convince us with strong CF8 experience. Bonus points for experience with Java, .Net, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or other complementary technologies. We’re also looking for someone who understands JavaScript. Initially, experience with Ext JS, jQuery, Yui, Dojo or other JS libraries is a huge plus. You should understand acronyms like MVC, OOP, SQL, and WTF. You should know what version control is and how to use it. You should have a favorite IDE and use it for a good reason. Are we asking too much? We don't think so. Impress us.
