I have a great opportunity for one of my clients here in Atlanta that specializes in print and print-related services. You will be working on a handful of projects that are all external client-facing Web applications. This is mostly enhancement work to existing applications that are used by external clients. This person must have strong experience with ColdFusion (preferably 8.x), JavaScript, AJAX , XML and SQL. Experience with ASP.NET, xHTML, CSS, DHTML, ActionScript and Flash would be a "nice-to-have" and a major plus. All of the projects have different technical requirements. Individuals who possess the "nice-to-haves" will be given priority for consideration. This individual will more than likely not have interaction with our client's external clients. However, this individual will be interacting with an individual who is not technical per-se. As such, you will need to be confident about your technical expertise and be able to translate business needs with minimal direction. You will be part of a small development team and you will have other individuals you can lean on for technical support, if needed. This is slated to go through the first quarter of next year and will more than likely be extended and could even eventually turn into a permanent position.
