Can you help us out with an explanation of what "Cascade" experience would be about? (If others know what it is, please don't chide me for asking. I've just not heard of it.) I see from the Wikipedia entry for the word (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cascade) that there is a CAD project by that name, and a virus, and a form of encryption. The rest of the users of the word don't connect even remotely to a CF job.
And Chris, I mean no offense to you. If you maybe used a different word than was intended, no problem. Just let us know.
