Sr. Programmer Analyst/Front End Developer
6 month + renewable contract

The Clinical Applications Development team develops internal clinical
and physician software products and implements third party products
across a wide range of technologies and on distributed and centralized
platforms.
This role requires a breadth of technical web and database skills in
addition to strong analytic and personal skills. The solutions developed
and supported will have strategic importance and visibility across the
entire enterprise and will affect clinical and physician documentation
of patient care.
Job Requirements:
* Position entails preparing detailed specifications from which
programs will be written. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents
these programs.
* Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases
of application analysis and design.
* May be responsible for completion of a phase of a project.
* Regularly provides training and/or guidance to less experienced
analyst/programmers. Proficiency in Flex 2.0.
* Candidate must also be familiar with calling ColdFusion CFCs and
the Cairngorm framework.
* Development skills in Flex 3.0, Java, ColdFusion, and Flash
preferred.
* Candidate must be self-motivated and have a proven record of
managing their own time and work.
* He/She must provide regular status reporting to their manager
and be able to assess potential issues and risks to project timelines.
* Analysts/programmers are expected to follow all relevant
policies and procedures in a highly regulated industry as they pertain
to Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPPA, and other regulatory requirements.
