Hello,
I'm using the jMeter for long time and I'm using the same data file and the
same soap message with header <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>. In
the new version I alway get an error on server side when the name field
contains "ß". I already tried to add encoding to http header manager but
nothing helps. Please check this bug.
