    Description: If `loggingEnabled` is false, the `dirtyKeys` Set is not 
cleared within `flush()`, see

 However, dirtyKeys is still written to in the loop within `evictWhile`. This 
causes dirtyKeys to continuously grow for the life of the buffer.   (was: If
