Reasons we want to copy topics:
* People in my company want to use it. (And I have a strong belief other
companies as well)
* Some people on stack overflow have posted about wanting to copy topics.
* There are several other posts that pop up when I search for a tool that
copies topics.
* Ask yourself "how often do you copy paste text?" - I understand it's not the
same but conceptually, it's very similar. In one use case, "I want to reuse
this but I want to keep the original copy intact"
I hope that's sufficient enough claim as for why people want to copy topics to
another one.
