Review Comment:
   I 'm not sure if it is possible to that `SessionStoreWithHeaders` extends 
`ReadOnlySessionStore` and we get rid of `ReadOnlySessionStoreWithHeaders`? 
This implies that AGG in `ReadOnlySessionStore` get casted to 
`AggregationWithHeaders<AGG>` when needed. Wondering whether it is possible.
