Summary: Missing mocks for SharePartitionManagerTest tests

A few tests in SharePartitionManagerTest throw silent exceptions but the tests
pass. This is mainly due to missing mocks in those tests. The following tests
need to be analyzed and fixed -
testAcknowledgeCompletesDelayedShareFetchRequest
testMultipleConcurrentShareFetches
testCachedTopicPartitionsForValidShareSessions
testReleaseSessionCompletesDelayedShareFetchRequest
testReleaseSessionSuccess
