Summary: Enable KIP-1071 in existing streams integration tests

We should enable KIP-1071 in integration tests to gain more confidence that a
broad range of functionality is supported. We should not enable them in every
integration test for now, but in a well selected subset.
* Some may not be supported by 4.1.
* Some may be blocked by known bugs. Comment on the ticket.
* Some may not run due to new bugs. Create tickets for them.
* Some may pass on current trunk. Enable them on trunk.
* Some may pass on current trunk but do not test interesting functionality. We
will ignore those for now.
